Jenny played a significant role, coaching organisations on how to implement Lean, Scrum and SAFe as they migrated from a more traditional waterfall approach. These organisations are currently recognised as global leaders in using the scaled agile framework (recent case studies: ANZ, Australia Post and Telstra).
