Jennifer is an ideator, connector and advocate for women in design. She is the founder of Damsels in Design, an educational platform for creatives, and Know Your Worth, a business strategy and coaching practice that helps women in career transition achieve success. Jennifer has produced more than 125 educational and professional development workshops reaching over 7,000 women since 2010. Her latest mission is to provide underserved college students with opportunities for mentorship and business training through her non-profit's paid apprenticeship program - Designer's Education League.
