Jennifer works at the intersection of fashion, technology, entrepreneurship and academia, enhancing product development lifecycles through brand integration, supply-chain innovations and process creation. Her PhD from the University of the Arts London, London College of Fashion examines the brand development and internationalization processes of entrepreneurial designer fashion enterprises (DFEs) based in London & New York. She launched the Austin Fashion Initiative to promote, support and develop infrastructure for the local fashion industry. She provides selective consulting through JESMillspaugh Studio and is a founding member of the Independent Fashion Advisory Board (IFAB), a global think-tank for business development within the fashion industry.
