Jennifer was Global Director of Human Resources with SolidFire, where she grew the workforce by 135% and transformed the HR function. With the acquisition of SolidFire by data storage giant, NetApp, Jennifer led the HR due diligence and workforce integration prior to leaving. Jennifer also held senior leadership roles with Lockheed Martin Corporation, Coherent Technologies, Sun Microsystems, PharMerica, Schwinn Cycling & Fitness and Storage Technology Corporation.
