Jenn Dudley is a Software Engineering Manager who leads the team responsible for onboarding, continuous learning and community outreach for the engineering team. Since starting in 2016, she has led more than 35 engineers through a revamped eight-week learning and onboarding program. The best part of her job is having the opportunity to work closely with all new engineers, learning what unique value each person brings to the team and helping ensure they have an amazing experience at Enova from day one.
