Jene Lim is the Head of Product Management for Experian Credit Services Singapore where she’s responsible for the product development for various consumer and business information such as ACRA, litigation, alternative data, credit bureau data, international credit data, which are made available via various platforms. Such platforms include Questnet, Bank Bureau, Non Bank Bureau, Moneylenders’ Bureau and also various APIs. During her 2 years in Experian, she’s led the team through a major rebrand of our reports and platforms from DP Information Group to Experian, launched the new ACRA APIs to enable instant account opening by banks, coordinated various tech upgrades, and also launched various other products such as Ascend (our big data analytics platform), new scores and score monitoring services.

Prior to Experian, Jene spent 13+ years in Citibank as a Product Management veteran where her experience spanned across SME business, Credit Cards, Mortgages where she has working experience in Singapore and Hong Kong. In her last role as Product Management Director in the APAC regional mortgage team, her responsibility extended to 8 markets in APAC (Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong , China, Korea, Malaysia, India and Australia) where she led the team in product management strategy, system enhancements, digital initiatives and risk & internal controls.

Prior to Citibank, Jene was from Monetary Authority of Singapore in the Securities and Futures department and she graduated from Nanyang Technological University with Honours in Accountancy.
