Jen has worked for over 20 years applying psychology to the workplace. She has worked in a wide range of industries as an external consultant, an internal practitioner and a leader. She is a Chartered Psychologist, an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, an accredited coach and coach supervisor. She lived and worked in the UK up to 2016 when she, her husband and daughter moved to Canada for the biggest adventure of their lives. She currently works for Grant Thornton Canada.
