Jeff LaFlam co-founded IdeaSpark Consulting, a profitable strategy and research agency, in 2013. Previously, he uncovered user insights at Google, helping launch successful new features for Search and Google Play. In 2012, Jeff lead a design thinking event that taught 750 Google engineers and salespeople how to create user-focused products. He has previously consulted for executives at Pfizer and Dunkin Donuts. Jeff really hates it when he loses a sock in the dryer.
