Once you’ve created or purchased or implemented the perfect software or hardware solution for your business, you need to implement it – and support it. That’s what I do. I work with development, IT and business to not only get software products up and running, but develop and implement support processes, dashboards and KPI’s to measure and manage departments. My goal is to help business increase revenues, improve performance and customer service satisfaction. I am a creative problem solver with the ability to rapidly analyze issues and situations, implement creative solutions for projects and processes, gaining buy-in at all levels.

I like to think that I make sense of chaos, and interpret IT Speak for the masses.

Since 2000, I’ve worked in a variety of positions as IT support and Leader, from J Crew to AIG during their recovery from the mortgage meltdown, and am currently a Senior Delivery manager at TEKsystems Global Services, managing a large offshore team for a client.

In 2009, I returned to school and received my Masters of Science in Technology Management from Columbia University in New York City. I was in school at the same time as my daughter, and it was one of the toughest and best experiences of my life. I have a passion for education that can make a difference and bring more women into IT and became a member of the Chicago ChickTech.org last year, which continues to inspire me.
