Ex- Google guy, Jasper Vallance, has become the 'Ikigai Guy' on a mission to create cultural change in how we work, live and party to be happier and healthier! Leaving his corporate life to pursue a life led by his passions took him on a fateful adventure to discover Burning Man Australia and where he found his Ikigai for organising parties! Starting the biggest dance party at Burning Seed called Sunset Island where 1000's dance every sunset he was inspired to launch a new drug and alcohol-free dance party, Xstatic Sunsets, on a bigger mental health mission to inspire a more healthy party culture.

Having suffered anxiety his whole life and using alcohol and drugs as a means to express himself Jasper knows the negative mental health cycle that follows. Going through depression in 2018 and losing his purpose was ironically the turning point when he realised the benefits of sober dance to get the natural high leading to the light bolt moment where he reconnected to his purpose with a mission to create epic sober dance parties.

On April 6th 2019, Jasper launched Xstatic Sunsets on Shark Island with a sunset party that goes down history as the biggest sober dance party in Australia. It truly was EPIC! Realising the transformative power of discovering your Ikigai, Jasper enjoys helping others to find their Ikigai to create a life of meaning, impact and joy. He runs workshops and coaching programs to help people turn their Ikigai visions into successful passion businesses.
