Jason Keyes is a UX Researcher at Envato and has previously worked with international brands such as Century 21 and Sotheby’s International Realty in the USA before moving to Melbourne. At Envato he is embedded in the customer group where he empowers teams by helping to test their hypotheses, assumptions, and discover user insights. Throughout his career he has focused on the customer search and discovery experience.
In addition to his passion for user research he enjoys studying languages, particularly their phonetic and semantic attributes.
