Janice studied Public Policy and Sociology at the University of Chicago and received her M.A. in Urban Planning with a concentration in economic
development from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy. Her urban innovation and policy background fuels her strong interest in strategy and led her to the startup, WE Design Think, where she works on the company’s initiative 50 ACTION 50, an effort to use innovation principles to activate women’s full economic potential and contribution. Her training in quantitative and qualitative data analysis brought her to Capital One, where she is currently working on providing the company’s digital teams with data for more efficient allocation of funding.
