    As vice president of business development, Jane Gilligan Hamner is a key leader in developing and delivering a variety of IT solutions to clients nationwide. Hamner leverages her extensive sales background and more than 25 years of recruiting experience to fulfill her clients’ unique talent needs. Prior to joining Harvey Nash in 2007, she served as VP of sales at TransTech and as a regional VP at Spherion. Hamner is a founding member of ARA, a national organization focused on attracting, retaining and advancing women in technology. She is also a member of the Chicago Executive Women’s Networking Group and Executives’ Club of Chicago, sponsor and volunteer for i.c. stars and a sponsor for Chicago Innovation Awards. In 2015 and 2016, Hamner was selected to the Techweek 100 and Chicago Tribune’s Blue Sky Innovation Vault. She has an undergraduate degree in business management from Salve Regina University.
