James is a UX designer driven to simplify interactions; and he believe that it need not come at the expense of aesthetics. His time in the US Army instilled a detail-oriented approach that he have carried though into everyday life. UX allows him to take this mindset and incorporate his illustrative skills into a design philosophy rooted in user centered problem solving.
After graduating GA’s UXD immersive this past summer, James worked a number of contracts where he was able to put the practices he learned into action. James recently rejoined GA, this time as an Instructional Associate, giving him the opportunity to share his experiences with new and aspiring designers.
