Coming from a background in Human Resources, James did not have any experience with Software Engineering at all. After 3 years of being dissatisfied with his work, he decided to go to General Assembly and try something completely new. He found he absolutely loved web development and realised that it is not just a career choice now, but also a hobby.

James loved the General Assembly community so much, that he even came back and became an Instructional Associate for our most recent SEI class.
