When James isn't running workshops or consulting with one of Melbourne's leading recruitment firms, he is the co founder and lead facilitator of The Men's Collective, a Melbourne based social enterprise tackling issues of mental health and suicide amongst men with the simplicity of connection.

James is part of a tight knit community of start up founders including Collective Potential, YGAP, 1 Giant Mind, and The Weekly Service, each of them challenging the old models of how we do business and helping people along the way.
