Jake Werlin is a product manager at Ibotta, the fastest growing consumer-facing technology company in Denver with over 265,000 active users. He leads the teams that work to deliver a quality reward redemption experience to Ibotta's users. He got his professional start as a teacher with Teach For America Colorado, before transitioning into the tech world as a Customer Success Manager for a SaaS CRM company named PipelineDeals. His work there to understand customers, their behavioral patterns and the overall market helped set him up for success as a Product Manager when he made the switch a year later.
He now has almost 5 years of PM experience under his belt, 1 of which has come at Ibotta. He'll talk your ear off about outcome-based planning and generally prioritizing problems before solutions.
