Jack has over 10 years of experience in the coffee industry in areas of training, roasting, f&b management, operations and systems development. He is the other half to the entrepreneurial mindset of The Grounds, and leads the strategic side of The Grounds vision, sourcing and solving solutions, ensuring each creative vision has what is needed to create the brands journey and connecting the dots, of each creative vision, with the customer and The Grounds at large.
