Jacinda is the social, brand and content manager at easyJet across Europe. Jacinda oversees publication of easyJet’s award winning in-flight magazine Traveller and has launched a number of marketing and brand campaigns across Europe. Most notably she led the airlines Flybraries campaign – putting books on board 300 aircraft across 1000 routes in Europe to champion children’s literacy and keep kids busy over the summer. Currently she is driving a new strategy in online editorial content for the airline which will see the way people engage with travel change to meet growing demands from our new social media consumer culture.
Before moving to the UK Jacinda was an online editor for News Corp Australia pushing a new innovation strategy that would see the company’s subscriptions increase in a time when revenue from news sales is in rapid decline. Earlier in her career she worked as a finance journalist, wrote an award nominated column for technology and social issues, worked as a magazine features writer and reporter in politics, crime and general news.
