Specialised in capital raisings, strategic planning, financial modelling and taking innovative deals to market.

Professional background of 18+ years, in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and IPOs via investment banking at ABN Amro Australia, and corporate lead for Strategy and M&A at Fairfax Media. Has previously launched eCommerce, peer to peer lending and education startups.

Ivan is qualified with a Master of Finance (UTS) and a Bachelor of Science (UNSW).
