    New York City

Isa Notermans is the Global Lead for Diversity & Inclusion at Spotify, based in NYC. She is tasked with driving, communicating and implementing Spotify's global strategies into tactics and operations across the globe. She supports the executive leadership team, employee communities, external partnerships and the people functions globally in integrating Diversity and Inclusion into Spotify's talent agenda and promoting accountability throughout the organization.

She has long been fascinated by human behavior and seeing this manifest in the workplace is both compelling and demanding to her. She's focussed on ensuring that people get to do their best work, in an environment that allows them to be their authentic selves. Our difference of perspective is what makes innovation thrive and she likes to think of herself in HR as a facilitator for allowing it to flourish. Diversity has been at the core of everything she has done throughout her career; having started out in running Diversity Programs at Google Australia, then onto Google New York and more recently as the HR director for Pandora Media.

She grew up in Melbourne Australia where she cultivated her love for great coffee, the arts and of course the beach. She received her double degree in Biomedical Science and Psychology from Monash University.
