In this role, she leads cross-functional teams of Learning Experience Architects, Product Managers, and Standards Boards members to define and design online and contextualized instructor-led training products and technology for B2B clients.
With over 15 years of experience in instructional design, communications, and change management, Iris has partnered with many Fortune 500 organizations across industry sectors to develop corporate training. At General Assembly, Iris has collaborated with clients to identify needs, assess talent, and create learning experiences for upskilling and reskilling initiatives that enable talent and power workforce transformation. Prior to joining General Assembly, Iris designed and facilitated executive workshops for clients such as Mars, Citi, and PVH Corp across North America, EMEA, Asia, and Latin America.
