Ilya is the logical half of day100, a recruiting technology startup. He is focused on finance, operations and business development. Previously to day100, he was one of two people who established the US-practice of an international boutique management consulting firm and oversaw all recruiting activities. Ilya graduated from the NYU Stern School of Business.
