With over 15 years in the UX field, Hilary Coolidge has experienced the many changes in practices/technologies/tools surrounding the field of UX. Starting as an Information Architect with an MBA and curiosity about how the digital realm merged with business needs, she currently works in leading human centered design strategy, research & usability. One are of current interest is finding ways UX can create impact, behavioural & social change. When not investigating user needs, motivators & behaviors, she enjoys spending time in the backcountry, trail running & telemark skiing, cell coverage not required.
