Henry is the founder and President of CEO Advisory Partners LLC, and a Catalyst with the Portfolio Media Group. He advises and coaches CEOs, management teams, business owners, and serious entrepreneurs to help them effectively navigate the crucial decisions that will shape the future of their company. Working intimately and collaboratively, Henry provides his clients an unbiased clear lens, and the guidance necessary to effectively implement the appropriate procedures, systems, strategies and tactics to drive the business forward day after day after day!

Henry spent 25 years building and operating Loehmann’s into one of the country’s most dominant specialty retailers. He helped build the company, a small family business, into a $400 million national retail chain. After the company was sold to a private equity firm, he joined KPMG in 1995 as the managing director of the consumer products corporate transaction practice, where he assisted numerous organizations to improve their brand and performance.

In 1999 Henry joined the Ozer Group and moved to Boston as President of Ozer Valuation Services. In 2005 he joined Gordon Brothers Asset Advisors as President of Appraisal Development providing valuation services to financial institutions. In 2009 he founded AGENTA Partners LLC. As President, along with his two partners Bill Davis, the former Chairman of Wachovia Capital, and Terry Ullrich, the former President of J.P. Morgan Chase Business Credit, AGENTA provided business advisory services to financial institutions in the asset-based lending industry.

Henry attended New York University, received his MBA from Pacific Western University, and served in the Strategic Air Command of the United States Air Force. Henry and his wife Carole reside in Boston.
