Heather spent the last 10+ years with senior leaders in the tech sector building organizations, initiatives and programs that drive growth and success for people, companies and the community. She is a co-founder of the Innovation unConference, and former executive director of the MassTLC Ed Foundation where she led the charge to expand k-12 computer science across the state. In early 2015 she joined the Constant Contact team where she leads talent initiatives including the development and launch of a new 90 day onboarding program focused on increasing cross functional collaboration, hiring manager engagement and new hire time to success. She is passionate about helping organizations figure out the people equation and working with leaders who recognize talent as their number one business asset. Heather holds a BS from University of Hartford, a MA from Columbia University and is in training as a Co-Active coach.
