He was previously the Co-Founder of Cardigan—an employer brand and internal communications consultancy—and Director of Corporate Communications and Culture for H-E-B. Today, he is the Executive Director of Internal Communications at athenahealth.
Harold is on the board of directors for Leadership Austin and Creative Action.
