Entrepreneur Hannah Chappatte founded HYBR after enduring three years of disputes and miscommunication with letting agents. Three months after completing her degree, Hannah alongside her flatmate, built HYBR!
HYBR is a disruptive student-focused platform that supports first-time renters. For landlords, they offer a more personalised and tailored service than typical rental platforms, while maintaining a competitive price point to keep rental prices down. Their mission is to raise the standards of student renting by creating a win-win for all involved.
In just 12 months, HYBR secured funding from The Prince's Trust and the Bristol New Enterprise Competition, grown a community of over 1,000 students and loyal ambassadors, they were recently voted the number one student lettings platform in Bristol by The Tab magazine, and have been selected for the upcoming Grand Final of the NatWest 'Life’s a Pitch 2021’.
