After graduating from Carleton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and Media Studies, Hailey began her career as a Toronto-based Event Coordinator where she honed the necessary skills to foster effective client engagement and deliver creative and meaningful consumer experiences. Through various communications and customer service roles, Hailey enhanced her talent for building relationships and it has become one of her strongest assets. As the Onyx Initiative’s Outreach Coordinator, Hailey is an integral part of the team that liaises with educational institutions and student organizations across Canada driving interest, awareness, and applications for the Onyx Scholars Program, as well as mutually-beneficial initiatives with academic and corporate partners.
