Before joining AT&T, he served as Senior Creative Director for Philips Design in the Netherlands. During his tenure, he provided global creative direction for multiple segments of the business including Philips Healthcare and Philips Lighting and set the creative direction and design strategy for Philips.com and the Philips Consumer website. Prior to Philips, Heard served as a Director of User Experience for Sapient, where he provided creative and strategic direction for multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex e-commerce projects.
In his 27 years in the industry he has developed creative solutions for brands in many industries including Logitech, Sony, IBM, Harper Collins, Caterpillar, Revo Sunglasses, Philips and UPS. He has worked at prestigious design firms in San Francisco, Los Angeles, London, Atlanta and Amsterdam. Numerous design publications and organizations have recognized Gregg’s work, including the International Forum on Design (iF), Communications Arts, Graphis, Graphic Design USA, and the Smithsonian’s National Design Museum. Gregg is a frequently sought-after speaker and judge at international design conferences and design competitions.
