Gill Dix has a background in public policy and social research working in the voluntary and public sectors and in academia. She was Head of Research at Acas for 15 years and now is Head of Strategy in the organisation.
Gill has particular interests in workplace conflict, voice and participation as well as wider questions relating to decision making in public services. She has authored many research reports, papers and book chapters. Gill is an active contributor to the prestigious Workplace Employment Relations Survey series.
