Gayle Tan
UX Writer | Conversation Designer | Design Mentor
Gayle thinks like a designer, but crafts with words. Be it chatbots or UI copy, she takes a data-driven approach to shape an engaging user journey across digital touchpoints. She is also a champion of accessible, inclusive design, and is excited about the future of conversational AI.
In her 14+ years of experience, she has worked in health tech, entertainment, F&B and banking, and helped launch the first contactless credit card in Singapore in 2007.
Gayle also gives back as a design mentor on ADPList.org, a global mentorship initiative for the UX community.
