When she’s not making a smart introduction for Washington’s innovators, influencers & investors, Frances serves as a Senior Advisor for President Obama’s 100,000 Strong in the Americas Innovation Fund, a workforce development program through international education, housed at Partners of the Americas.

At POLITICO, Frances served as the Director of Social Enterprise bolster content, partnerships and events with purpose driven organizations, foundations, foreign governments, nonprofits and private sector partners with strong corporate social responsibility.

During her five years at the White House, Frances served as a millennial voice in the Office of Global Engagement, National Security Council and contributed to a series of initiatives in cultural diplomacy, entrepreneurship and study abroad that the President placed as a foreign policy priority. Signature initiatives included international young leaders programming through YALI, Global Entrepreneurship Summit (GES), & Let Girls Learn. Prior to the White House, Ms. Holuba worked for Ashoka’s Changemakers, coordinating global competitions for social entrepreneurs.

Ms. Holuba graduated cum laude from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in PPL-Political Philosophy, Policy and Law, an intensive study of the connections between political philosophy & public policy. Inspired by her study abroad opportunities in Ghana, Italy, Spain, and Belize, foreign policy and social entrepreneurship have remained at the forefront of her budding career.
