Felix Neals is a Senior HR Generalist/Business Partner at the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA), and enjoys his role as the "go-to" for many things at the WSBA; life coach, mentor, sounding board, purveyor of fun and oh yes, all things HR, including Diversity, Inclusion & Equity. He is also a licensed mental health counselor, which also keeps him extremely popular with his friends and family outside of work. He enjoys the PNW immensely and has decided that it is a pretty cool place to be, well not so much this time of year, but cool anyway.
