Felicity Mulhall
Teaching Assistant, General Assembly
During her career as a Sportswear Product manager and Developer, one of Felicity's key focus's was on fit for purpose, employing many User Experience design principles in a physical space. Having always been interested in new technologies, participating in software testing and implementation for companies she had worked for, she moved towards the digital space through curiosity and a desire to learn more.
Studying User Experience Design at General Assembly was enlightening in many ways, not least in being able to align her previous career history. Felicity also discovered a passion for hacks and design jams, coming 2nd in the GE Industrial hackathon 2015. Having participated in the Techfugees hack she is currently working with her team to bring their idea to life in the start up space.
Felicity is now applying her passion for teaching and mentoring others in the classroom as the UXDI Teaching Assistant, having previously taught in General Assembly's part-time product management course.
