Practicing since 2007, I was instantly drawn to yoga's unique connection on the principles of mind, focus and breath. My yoga journey began in my hometown of Chicago where I was able to take my practice to the next level, obtaining my 200 Hr. Yoga Alliance certification, and sharing my yoga passion to both beginners and seasoned yogis alike. With a controlled, yet energetic and physical style of instruction, I am able to enhance strength and flexibility along with improving the connection between body and soul. My goal is to take my practice to the next level and beyond-to become a better instructor though continually gaining new perspectives and techniques as a lifelong student on and off the mat.
