Fabio is a Lead Consultant at ThoughtWorks. In the software industry he has been helping organisations achieve their objectives fulfilling Technical Lead, Architect, Agile Coach, Project Manager and various other roles over the past 15 years.
Most recently his biggest passion is around amplifying the positive impact on distributed delivery projects and the social science behind teams. When he gives people his business card, they read and ask: "Positive Impact Amplifier!? Please explain". For the last few years Fabio's been working on distributed projects across the United States, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand and China. In additional to technology, Fabio's also a photographer of weddings, people, landscapes, animals and anything else he finds interesting or beautiful.
