Eunice Barnett Garcia is an entrepreneurial corporate leader who started her career in community organizing, building equity, and inclusion with diverse groups. She is passionate about the power of business to create greater understanding and belonging, while also improving profit and operations. She has been in business leadership in the areas of energy, sustainability, and technology for over 15 years.
In 2014, after the death of Michael Brown Jr. in Ferguson, Missouri, Eunice was leading one of the most diverse divisions at PG&E. This solidified her passion to follow BIPoC leaders of color to build the integration of anti-racism within corporate structures and organizations of faith.
