He has Conducted needs assessment, strategic planning, establishing priorities and delegating tasks, motivating teams to reach for their best, and following through to ensure success. He has a background in analyzing and managing business requirements, performance measurements and capacity planning. He has proven to be an efficient implementer of new work policies, procedures, Business Process Re-engineering, and integrated strategy. He has in depth experience with Agile/Scrum software development methodology, and has formed and managed global development teams. Eugene is also an Adjunct Professor Lasell College, Information Technology Faculty.
