Erin Lange is a creative powerhouse focused on the most pressing social and political causes of our day. As the previous Design Director for Impactual, a social impact consulting firm that helps individuals, nonprofits and brands make an actual impact, Erin operates at the intersection of design, culture, and politics to develop innovative solutions for social impact.

An award-winning designer, she’s an advocate for empathy-driven design rooted in inclusivity and accessibility. With her experience across various industries, Erin’s work leverages creative storytelling and design methodology to improve civil society. Having lead civic engagement visual campaigns such as @PowerThePolls, Erin’s experience has taught her how important it is to focus on impact over intent to drive real change. She has collaborated with a wide breadth of organizations and clients including MTV, Hamilton, Uber, Refinery29, Kerry Washington, National Conference on Citizenship, and the James Beard Foundation.
