Boa Technology designs and manufacturers a ratchet based dial system used to adjust fit on footwear of over 300 brands. Eric is the designer for mid and high power product. These can be found on snowboard boots with Burton, safety shoes with Redwing, or mountaineering boots with La Sportiva. Eric has a foundation designing medical devices, consumer electronics, and housewares.
