Eric Mellgren

Founder, The Middle Branch

Los Angeles

After spending the better part of his adult life working in the music industry, Eric started the process of searching for "a way of living" instead of just a career. After some therapy work with Jennifer Schaefer, who suggested Nutritional Therapy as a starting point, Eric began his journey toward holistic therapy treatments. As Eric sought clarity for himself, he craved opportunities to give back. An accomplished singer/songwriter, Eric began doing music therapy with Art of Elysium. He believed in the power of music to help, heal and bring joy to others.

Founder of The Middle Branch, a company started to teach people how to have a healthier relationship to stress, different ways to relieve stress/anxiety, and give their minds and bodies an optimal foundation for healing. Eric is a Sound Guided Meditation practitioner, energy worker, and health coach looking to show everyday people how the different modalities can be helpful in their lives.

Eric uses effective and accessible techniques to help with people’s stress levels and achieve maximum well being. Sound baths (SGM) are another form of meditation and are amazing for stress, anxiety, and better sleep. Done in groups, events, or one on ones. Working with companies like Parsley Health, Google, Thrive Market, WBR, WMG, Equinox, Well+good, Unplug Meditation, Remedy Place, the Mindry, Campbell Hall (charter school) and many yoga studios around town. They completely changed my relationship to stress, cannot say enough about it.

"I teach a lot about how meditation along with fitness and diet can be used to help heal the mind and the body whether you are going thru something physical, emotional, or mental. You can at least give your mind and body the optimal avenues to heal by not obstructing that process, but giving it a foundation to do it’s job."
