Enya Cai is the Diversity and Inclusion Advisor at EY (Ernst & Young). She develops strategy and initiatives across all areas of D&I including gender, cultural diversity, accessibility, LGBTIQ+ and more, to make EY a more inclusive place. A proud LGBTIQ+ ally, and advocate for cultural diversity, Enya has featured in a number of videos, podcasts and articles to inspire diversity of thought. Enya joined EY as a graduate in the Advisory service line in 2015, and worked on process improvement projects for Government and Health clients for a number of years, and co-chaired Unity, EY’s network for LGBTIQ+ people and their allies, before moving into her current role.
