Enrique Munoz is a Service Designer for the B2B division of Telstra. Introduced to Design Thinking in 2014, he has applied Service Design in diverse industries working for management consulting firm Accenture and working with service design firms Fjord and Second Road; He is a certified instructor in Human-centred Design by LUMA Institute and has also trained in design methodologies in Chicago and Kualalumpur (2016). Originally from Uruguay, Enrique has been living and surfing in Bondi Beach for 6 years.
