Emma, a product designer at Lantum; the medical workforce platform, started her journey into UX after realising she wanted to combine her empathetic and creative sides which she exercised during her time working in mental health and fashion design. Emma is currently working on designing new products that allow Lantum to enter new markets and address the deep frustrations of NHS clinical staff and managers.
