She currently works for Summit Materials, a building materials company focused in the aggregates and ready-mix space headquartered in Denver. Put simply, Summit crushes rocks and paves roads! Emily leads strategic efforts around benefits and wellness, employee life cycle implementation, functional process improvement, and serves as the HRBP for the shared services center in Kansas.
