Emily is a user experience designer and researcher who is driven to improve the quality of life for all users in our increasingly digital world. She strives to advocate for the user's voice at each phase of a project and believes that keeping open eyes and ears to user feedback is the only way to perfect designs. Emily's experience in research, design, and development gives her the language to communicate across teams and foster collaboration. In addition to holding a Master's degree in Human-computer Interaction, she has completed a number of research and design projects with clients large and small, including Sutter Health, Ghirardelli, Johnson & Johnson, and Kaiser Permanente.
