After Graduating from University with a Bachelor Of Social Sciences (Majoring in Criminology/Law). EJ began her journey working as a Paralegal for a number of different Law Firms spanning across a total of 3 years - "I noticed my mindset started to shift overtime and I realised I wasn’t nurturing my creative side. Having a sense of fulfilment in the workplace is important to me. I decided it was time to make a career transition in pursuit of something more meaningful, something that would allow me to engage the right side of my brain more".
EJ decided to shift her focus onto Web Development after attending a workshop at GA in HTML & CSS - "As soon as I built my first landing page in HTML & CSS, I was hooked! Seeing a simple line of code translate into something colourful and artistic seemed like real life magic to me!"
Post completion of the Web Development Immersive Program, EJ landed a full-time gig just 2 weeks after graduating! EJ now works as a Junior Full Stack Web Developer for Global Tech Company - Squiz.
