However, it wasn't until she got older that she realized that while the real workplace inspires hope and opportunity, the hiring process does not. That’s why she's most passionate about bringing company and candidates stories to life as a way to make meaningful hiring connections. She believe empathy is the foundation for change. And, that clear communication and storytelling is key to making that change stick.

Elena is a proud lifelong Chicagoan. She holds a BA in Spanish and Anthropology from Grinnell College, and an AA in Recording Arts from Tribeca Flashpoint Academy.
