Efrim considers himself a full-stack designer, data enthusiast, and system lover. Currently working as product design lead at MoneySmart building the new marketplace. Efrim acts as a design advocate to move the company to the next level of design maturity.

With a wide range of design expertise, Efrim worked on both consumer-facing and b2b products with experience in eCommerce, consultancy, and incubation centers within South East Asia.

When building products, he aims to address user needs and meet business goals. To do this succesfully, Efrim firmly believes that great teams consist of multiple disciplinary skill sets with room for generalists and specialists. Great teams can achieve anything!
